Managing Your Subscription
Learn how to manage your TallySpark subscription, update billing information, and understand plan features.
Viewing Your Current Plan
- Go to Settings → Subscription
- View your current plan details
- See billing cycle and next payment date
- Review included features
TallySpark Plans
Available subscription tiers:
- Starter - Basic invoicing for new freelancers
- Professional - Full features for growing businesses
- Business - Advanced features and team collaboration
Upgrading Your Plan
- Go to Settings → Subscription
- Click Upgrade Plan
- Select your new plan
- Review the price difference
- Confirm the upgrade
Upgrades are prorated—you only pay the difference for the remaining billing period.
Downgrading Your Plan
To downgrade:
- Changes take effect at the next billing cycle
- You keep current features until then
- Review what features you'll lose
- Ensure you're within new plan limits
Updating Payment Method
- Go to Settings → Subscription
- Click Update Payment Method
- Enter new card details
- Save the changes
Billing History
Access your invoices:
- View past payments
- Download invoices
- See upcoming charges
Canceling Your Subscription
If you need to cancel:
- Go to subscription settings
- Click cancel subscription
- Your account remains active until period ends
- You can export your data anytime
