Workflows automate repetitive tasks like sending reminders, thank you emails, and follow-ups so you can focus on your work.

What Workflows Can Do

Creating a Workflow

  1. Go to Settings → Workflows
  2. Click Create Workflow
  3. Choose a trigger event
  4. Define the action to take
  5. Set timing and conditions
  6. Activate the workflow

Workflow Triggers

Events that can start a workflow:

  • Invoice sent
  • Invoice overdue
  • Payment received
  • Quote sent
