Adding a Product or Service
- Go to Products
- Click Add Product
- Enter product details:
- Name - Product or service name
- Description - What's included
- Price - Unit price
- Unit - Hour, item, project, etc.
- Tax Rate - Applicable tax rate
- SKU - Internal reference (optional)
- Save the product
Product Types
- Products - Physical or digital goods
- Services - Hourly or project-based work
- Subscriptions - Recurring services
Pricing Options
- Fixed Price - Set price per unit
- Variable - Price entered at invoice time
- Tiered - Different prices for different quantities

Using Products on Invoices
- Create or edit an invoice
- Click Add Item
- Search or browse your catalog
- Select the product
- Adjust quantity if needed
