Adding a Product or Service

  1. Go to Products
  2. Click Add Product
  3. Enter product details:
    • Name - Product or service name
    • Description - What's included
    • Price - Unit price
    • Unit - Hour, item, project, etc.
    • Tax Rate - Applicable tax rate
    • SKU - Internal reference (optional)
  4. Save the product

Product Types

  • Products - Physical or digital goods
  • Services - Hourly or project-based work
  • Subscriptions - Recurring services

Pricing Options

  • Fixed Price - Set price per unit
  • Variable - Price entered at invoice time
  • Tiered - Different prices for different quantities

Managing Your Catalog

  • Use clear, descriptive names

Using Products on Invoices

  1. Create or edit an invoice
  2. Click Add Item
  3. Search or browse your catalog
  4. Select the product
  5. Adjust quantity if needed

Updating Prices

When you update a product price:

  • New invoices use the new price
  • Existing invoices keep their original price
  • Recurring invoices can be updated
